Mary Crayston - Personal Trainer
The connection between fitness and well-being has fueled Mary’s passion for training others. She creates fun, distinctive and purposeful workouts, specially tailored to each client’s capabilities, objectives and ambition. The commitment and passion she brings to each session creates a deeper relationship with her client that translates to more success in meeting their fitness goals.
Mary is a certified personal trainer who earned her degree in Dance and Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. During 10 years of involvement in the dance and fitness industries she has worked with a variety of people from magicians to physicians and from life coaches to teenagers. She works with clients to help them to understand the connection between better fitness and improved health and well-being, encouraging them in their desire to accelerate their level of fitness, and supports them to achieve their goals.
Through her experiences and continued education, Mary has expanded her skills and insights into the world of fitness training. She is well versed in abdominal core training, flexibility, exercise program planning from beginner to high intensity and sport specific, exercise for injuries, and body shaping and fat loss. Through the experience of physical and mental fitness, Mary offers a fun, knowledgeable and efficient personal fitness experience.
